Bodymind Coaching is based on the work of Candace Pert, Deepak Chopra, Bruce Lipton, Herbert Benson, Dr. David Mickel, John Eaton, Joe Griffin and Ivan Tyrrell plus many others. Their research has shown that our deepest emotions arise spontaneously from within, and in order to remain healthy need to be expressed. However when these "e-motions" (energy in motion) are suppressed, blocked or denied over time they enter into our physical cells, altering the functioning of these cells, and eventually causing severe damage to the Hypothalamus gland in the brain. This results, after prolonged denial of the problem in a breakdown of our health either physical, mental or both. Bodymind Coaching has been developed after in-depth study of the above research, plus my own 40 year study and professional work in the field of Mental Health. It is a method for healing stress related illness, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, PTSD, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Depression. It is called Coaching rather than Therapy because it is about teaching a new way of working with yourself, not about being treated by a therapist. It teaches you how to re-connect to your own Inner Healing Source, to be found within your own Body, thus allowing you to HEAL YOURSELF.
